How can my Peri-Menopause Coaching help?
First off, I will listen to you. I will take you and your symptoms seriously. There is no judgement with me. I am here to empower you with strategies that will help you feel better.
Before our first session, you will exlpain what you are experiencing via a wellness questionaire, which I will review in preparation of our session.
In the session, I'll explain what is happening in your body physiologically. So many symptoms that seem weird or scary are related to hormonal fluctutations: estrogen, progesterone and testosterone.
We will explore proven nutrition, stress management, and sleep strategies to manage your symptoms.
We will discuss hormone replacement therapy, looking at what the most current scientific research tells us about risks and benefits.
You'll learn to track your symptoms and how best to communicate them to your doctor.
Together we will put together a personalized action plan aligned with your symptoms, goals, and lifestyle.
I will keep you accountable and coach around any obstacles you encounter as you implement your action plan. I am here to help you reach your goals and feel better.
