Personalised Perimenopause Coaching

At 41, I was told: "you're too young to be in perimenopause."  It took years to get the right support.  You deserve better.

I am a certified Menopause Wellness Practitioner.  I help English-speaking women in Europe understand their perimenopause symptoms and start feeling like themselves again.  All sessions are in English, online, and completely personal to you.

How does coaching work?

A personalised plan, built around you

1. Free 30-minute discovery call
We meet, you share what is going on, and we explore whether coaching with me is the right fit for you. 
No committment needed.

2. Deep-dive health intake
Before our first session, you'll complete a comprehensive wellness questionnaire, which includes a deep dive into your perimenopause symptoms and your goals for coaching.  I'll review it fully before we meet, so you're heard from minute one not minute 30.

3. Your personalised action plan
With your perimenopause symptoms and coaching goals clear, we will explore proven nutrition, exercise, stress-reduction and sleep strategies.  I'll also give you the evidence-based facts on hormone replacement therapy (HRT). 
Then we will put together a customised plan that addresses your symptoms and goals and is doable for your real life.

4. Accountability and Encouragement
As you implement your plan, I will work with you to better understand yourself and overcome any obstables that arise.
I'll be there every step of the way, holding you accountable and celebrating your successes.
